The agenda for the meeting includes several key items of business. Shareholders will be invited to receive, consider, and adopt the audited financial statements, both consolidated and unconsolidated, for the year ending June 30, 2026. The meeting will also address the auditors' report, directors' report, and the chairman's review report. Additionally, a resolution to approve a final cash dividend of PKR 4 per share, representing a 40% payout, will be considered. This dividend comes on top of a 20% interim cash dividend, or PKR 2 per share, that has already been disbursed.

Further, the AGM will appoint auditors for the upcoming financial year, 2026-27, and determine their remuneration. A significant agenda item involves the election of seven directors to serve on the board for a three-year term starting from October 22, 2026. The current directors up for re-election include Khalid Aziz Mirza, Rashid Ahmed Jafer, Anwar Mansoor Khan, Yoshiaki Matsuoka, Yoko Miura, Kotoko Sato, and Ramon Alfrey.

The meeting will also provide the opportunity for any other ordinary business to be transacted with the chairman's permission. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the financial services sector continues to navigate a complex economic environment, which the board will likely address during the discussions.

OLP Financial Services operates within the designated market category of financial services, with stakeholders anticipating the outcomes of the AGM, particularly concerning the financial disclosures and strategic direction for the upcoming fiscal year.
