KARACHI: Olympia Mills Limited has announced that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on October 5, 2024, at the company's headquarters at Karachi to discuss various business matters for the year ended June 30, 2024.

The agenda for the AGM includes the reception of the audited financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2024, along with the directors' report and auditor's statement. Shareholders will be presented with the opportunity to appoint auditors for the year ending June 30, 2025, and will address any other business that may arise with the permission of the chair.
