Karachi: The Organic Meat Company Limited has announced that its annual report, along with notice for convening its Annual General Meeting (AGM), will be published in national newspapers on Saturday, October 5, 2024. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company will transmit the report as per regulatory requirements despite the date falling on a non-working day for the PSX and Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).

Due to the publication's release on a Saturday, the company will upload the annual report to the PUCARS portal at the time of pre-opening on October 7, 2024. The company has stated that it will send scanned copies of the annual report via email and dispatch hard copies to both the PSX and SECP the following day, on Sunday.

The company will also upload the annual report to its official website on the same day, as per the procedures outlined by regulatory bodies. Stakeholders have been advised to notify the TRE Certificate Holders of the exchange accordingly.
