Oversubscription Marks Initial Offering of NETS International Communication Limited

Karachi: The initial public offering of NETS International Communication Limited has concluded with an oversubscription, according to figures compiled and released by the Digital Custodian Company Limited. The offering, which took place from May 5 to May 6, 2025, received a total of 4,566,500 applications for shares against the initial issue size of 3,676,000 shares.

The subscription process attracted 233 applications, totaling an amount of PKR 45.67 million. The breakdown of applications revealed that 85 applicants requested 500 shares each, amounting to PKR 425,000. Meanwhile, 50 applications were submitted for 1,000 shares each, resulting in PKR 500,000. There were 10 applications for 1,500 shares each, adding up to PKR 150,000, and 30 applications for 2,000 shares, totaling PKR 600,000. Notably, 58 applications were received for quantities exceeding 2,000 shares, contributing PKR 43.99 million to the total.

The offering was oversubscribed by 890,500 shares, equating to an additional PKR 8.91 million. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), applications for up to 500 shares will receive full allotment, while those applying for more than 500 shares will be allocated shares on a pro-rata basis. Further details regarding the allotment process will be communicated at a later date.

The subscription reflects a significant interest from investors in the designated market category, as evidenced by the oversubscription figures. The final subscription figures were verified and compiled by the registrar, M/s Digital Custodian Company Limited, and communicated in a letter dated May 8, 2025.
