Lahore: Pace (Pakistan) Limited has issued an addendum to its notice for the Annual General Meeting (AGM), originally announced on October 7, 2025. The meeting is scheduled for October 28, 2025, at 11:30 a.m. in Lahore. Shareholders holding an aggregate of 10% or more shareholding and residing in another city can request a video conferencing facility to participate in the meeting. This request must be sent to the company at least seven days prior to the AGM date, subject to the facility’s availability in the requested city.

In compliance with Circular 04 of 2021, dated February 15, 2021, shareholders of the company are offered an option to attend the AGM via electronic means such as ZoomNideo or Webex. Shareholders wishing to utilize this option should be listed in the company’s books by the close of business on October 20, 2025. They are required to register with the Company Secretary Office by providing necessary details at least 48 hours before the meeting.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the AGM’s proceedings will be accessible through smartphones or computer devices. This facility will be available to shareholders after they receive login details through their registered email addresses.

On the day of the meeting, participants can log in 10 minutes before the scheduled time, allowing them to join from any convenient location. The company has invited comments and suggestions related to agenda items, which can be sent via email or WhatsApp to the designated contacts.
