Lahore: Pace (Pakistan) Limited has announced that its Board of Directors will convene a meeting on January 14, 2025, in Lahore. The meeting will focus on agenda items other than financial results, marking a significant deliberation for the company.



The corporation has officially declared a “Closed Period,” spanning from January 7, 2025, to January 14, 2025. This declaration aligns with clause 5.6.4 of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Regulations. During this period, no Director, CEO, or Executive is permitted to engage in any trading activities involving the company’s shares, whether directly or indirectly. This move aims to ensure compliance and maintain the integrity of market operations.



According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), such measures are critical in safeguarding the interests of shareholders and maintaining transparency within the market. The Closed Period is a standard practice that seeks to prevent insider trading and ensures that all market participants are operating on an equal footing.



The company has requested the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange to be informed accordingly.
