The company has also declared a “Closed Period” from October 22, 2025, to October 28, 2025, in compliance with Clause 5.6.4 of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Rule Book. During this time frame, no director, CEO, or executive of the company is permitted to engage in any transactions involving the company’s shares. This restriction will remain in place until the financial information is publicly disclosed.
