Lahore, According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Packages Limited has successfully credited the final cash dividend for the year ended December 31, 2023, to its shareholders. The dividend, amounting to Rs. 27.50 per share, which is 275% of the share value, was electronically transferred into the bank accounts of shareholders on May 10, 2024. The company also published related notices in the Business Recorder and Nawa-i-Waqt newspapers on May 13, 2024.

In compliance with the Companies Act 2017 and the Companies (Distribution and Dividends) Regulations 2017, Packages Limited withheld dividends for shareholders who did not provide their bank account or International Bank Account Number (IBAN). Shareholders with physical shares must submit the required details to FAMCO Share Registration Service (Private) Limited to receive their dividends. Those with shares held electronically need to update their details with the Central Depository Company (CDC) or CDC participants.
