Lahore: Packages Limited has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting for October 25, 2024, which will be held at the company's Registered Office and via Zoom. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the purpose of this meeting is to review and possibly declare any entitlements based on the unaudited condensed interim financial statements for the quarter and nine months ending September 30, 2024.

In compliance with Clause 5.6.4 of the PSX Rule Book, Packages Limited has also instituted a "Closed Period" from October 18 to October 25, 2024. During this period, all directors, the CEO, and executives are prohibited from dealing directly or indirectly with the company's shares until the financial statements are publicly released. This measure ensures that all stakeholders maintain fairness and transparency ahead of the significant disclosures.
