Pak Agro Packaging Ltd Announces Fourth Annual General Meeting with Online Participation Option

Islamabad: Pak Agro Packaging Ltd is set to conduct its fourth Annual General Meeting (AGM) on October 25, 2025, at 14:00 at its registered office located in Hattar Industrial Estate, KPK. The company has announced that shareholders will also have the option to attend the meeting online, broadening access for participants unable to attend in person.

The meeting's agenda includes the adoption of the audited accounts for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025, accompanied by reports from the directors and auditors. Furthermore, the reappointment of the retiring auditors, Masoom Akhter & Co. Chartered Accountants, will be considered for the term concluding at the next AGM. Shareholders will also have the opportunity to discuss any other business with the permission of the Chair.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Pak Agro Packaging Ltd has made its annual and quarterly financial statements accessible on its website. Shareholders who provided their email addresses have already received the company's annual report for the year ending June 30, 2024, via email.

The company's share transfer books will remain closed from October 24 to October 27, 2025, during which no share transfers will be registered. Shareholders wishing to attend and vote at the AGM may appoint a proxy, who does not necessarily have to be a company member, to represent them. Proxies must submit their documentation to the company's corporate office in Islamabad no later than 48 hours before the meeting.

The company has also clarified that shareholders whose shares are held within the Central Depository System (CDS) must provide necessary identification for verification purposes.
