Islamabad: Pak Datacom Limited has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting for October 22, 2024, to review and potentially approve the company's financial results for the third quarter of the fiscal year. The meeting is set to take place at Islamabad.

The agenda for the upcoming meeting includes the approval of the unaudited financial statements covering the period from July 01, 2024, to September 30, 2024. These financials will determine any entitlements that might be declared following the review.

In compliance with the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) regulations, particularly Clause 5.6.1(d) of the PSX Rules, Pak Datacom Limited has also initiated a "Closed Period" starting from October 11, 2024, through October 22, 2024. During this time, directors, the CEO, and other executives are prohibited from buying or selling company shares directly or indirectly.

Moreover, the company has instructed that the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange be informed about the meeting and its agenda accordingly.
