Karachi, Pak-Gulf Leasing Company Limited has issued a notice regarding the credit and dispatch of interim bonuses and bonus share certificates for the year ending June 30, 2023. The Board of Directors approved the issuance of bonus shares at a ratio of 95 shares for every 100 shares held during a meeting on June 8, 2023.

Shareholders whose names appeared in the register of shareholders as of the close of business on June 15, 2023, have received a direct credit of bonus shares, valued at Rs 10 each, into their sub-accounts maintained in the book-entry form at the Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited (CDC). This credit took place on Tuesday, June 27, 2023.
