Pak-Qatar Family Takaful Limited Reports Financial Results for Half-Year 2026

Karachi: Pak-Qatar Family Takaful Limited announced its financial results for the half year ended June 30, 2026, during a Board of Directors meeting held on August 28, 2026. The company declared no cash dividends, bonus shares, or right shares for the reported period.

The financial statements reveal a profit before tax of 127.96 million rupees for the six months ending June 30, 2026, compared to 67.93 million rupees in the same period of the previous year. This marks a significant improvement in the company’s financial performance. The profit after tax stood at 93.89 million rupees, up from 56.32 million rupees, showcasing a notable increase in profitability.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the earnings per share for the period were recorded at 0.41 rupees, compared to 0.43 rupees in the same period last year. Total comprehensive income for the shareholders’ fund amounted to 76.47 million rupees, an increase from 56.30 million rupees in the previous year. This was accompanied by an accumulated surplus of 99.66 million rupees as of June 30, 2026. The shareholders’ fund balance stood at 1.11 billion rupees, reflecting an increase from 1.07 billion rupees at the end of 2025.
