Lahore: Pakgen Limited has announced the unopposed election of its board of directors, following the filing of intentions to contest by seven candidates, coinciding with the number of positions available. The election, according to company sources, is set to be formalized at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EOGM) on September 1, 2026, at The Nishat Hotel, Lahore.

The seven individuals, including Mrs. Sadia Younas Mansha, Mr. Samir Mustapha Chinoy, Mr. Muhammad Ali Zeb, Sheikh Muhammad Shakeel, Dr. Arif Bashir, Mr. Ghazanfar Hussain Mirza, and Mr. Farrukh Ifzal, will serve as directors for the next three years. This development is in alignment with Section 159(1) of the Companies Act, 2017, which permits election by default when the number of candidates equals the number of available seats.
