The buyback, conducted under the regulatory framework set by the Listed Companies (Buy-Back of Shares) Regulations, 2019, spanned from November 28, 2025, to May 15, 2026.
The buyback initiative was sanctioned through a special resolution at an Extraordinary General Meeting held on November 20, 2025, where shareholders approved the repurchase of the specified number of shares. This buyback period officially ended on May 15, 2026, as the company completed the acquisition of nearly 97.26% of the targeted shares. The closure of the buyback program was communicated to shareholders in advance, prior to its announcement in newspapers.
