Karachi: Pakistan Aluminium Beverage Cans Limited has announced it will host its upcoming Board of Directors meeting virtually on October 28, 2024. The agenda includes the consideration and approval of the financial statements for the quarter ended September 30, 2024, among other unspecified topics. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), this session will also address matters pertaining to declarations of entitlement, if any.

The company has further declared a "Closed Period" starting from October 21, 2024, to October 29, 2024, during which no director, CEO, or executive shall directly or indirectly deal in the shares of the company as stipulated under Clause 5.6.1(d) of PSX Regulations.

Shareholders and TRE Certificate Holders have been advised to refrain from any transactions involving the company's shares during this time. The notice of these developments was formally communicated to the General Manager of the Pakistan Stock Exchange by Sohail Akhtar Gogal, the company secretary of Pakistan Aluminium Beverage Cans Limited.
