Karachi, Pakistan International Airlines Corp has been granted an extension by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) to hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023. The new deadline for the AGM is now set for May 29, 2024. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), this extension provides the company additional time to prepare and finalize its annual financial statements and corporate matters for review by its shareholders.
