Karachi, Pakistan International Bulk Terminal Limited has reported a change in its company secretary position. Mr. Karim Bux has ceased to serve as the company secretary effective April 23, 2024. Following this, Mr. Adil Sarwar will assume the role of company secretary starting April 24, 2024. The transition has been communicated to the TRE Certificate Holders of the Pakistan Stock Exchange as required.
