Pakistan International Bulk Terminal Limited Approves Financial Statements and Elects New Board

Karachi: In a significant development, Pakistan International Bulk Terminal Limited held its 16th Annual General Meeting on October 22, 2025. During the meeting, shareholders approved the company's audited financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025. These statements, along with the Directors' and Auditor's Reports and the Chairman's Review Report, were presented and received unanimous approval from the members.

Furthermore, M/s Yousuf Adil, Chartered Accountants, were appointed as the company's auditors. They will serve until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting, with their remuneration to be determined by the Board of Directors. Haleem Ahmed Siddiqui, Mr. Sharique Azim Siddiqui, Capt. Zafar Iqbal Awan, Syed Nadir Shah, Mr. Muhammad Masood Ahmed Usmani, Ms. Farah Agha, and Mr. Arsalan Iftikhar Khan.
