Karachi, The Board of Directors of Pakistan National Shipping Corporation is set to convene a meeting on September 8, 2023, in Karachi. The meeting's agenda will primarily focus on various miscellaneous matters.

To comply with regulatory requirements and ensure transparency, the corporation has announced a "Closed Period" from September 1, 2023, to September 8, 2023. This decision is in accordance with Clause 5.6.1(d) of the Rulebook of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).

During the Closed Period, it is strictly prohibited for any Director, CEO, or Executive associated with the Pakistan National Shipping Corporation to engage in any form of dealing, directly or indirectly, with the shares of the corporation.
