Karachi: Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (PNSC) has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on October 22, 2024, at Karachi to review and approve the unaudited quarterly financial statements for the period ending September 30, 2024.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the corporation has also declared a "Closed Period" from October 16, 2024, to October 22, 2024. During this time, no director, CEO, or executive will be allowed to engage in any transactions involving the company’s shares, in accordance with Clause 5.6.1(d) of the PSX Rulebook.

The management has instructed that the members of the PSX be informed of this meeting and the closed period accordingly.
