Pakistan Oilfields Limited Recovers Previously Lost Share Certificates

Karachi: Pakistan Oilfields Limited (POL) has announced the recovery of several share certificates that were previously reported as lost. The company has confirmed that these certificates, associated with the deceased shareholder Ami a Afzal Mauk, are now found and will be included in future dealings.

According to the details provided, the recovered share certificates correspond to various folio numbers and scrip ranges. The total number of shares accounted for in this recovery is 4,562. Notable among these are certificates with folio number 760, encompassing a wide range of scrips, including but not limited to the following: 500 shares from scrips 7338 to 7342, 100 shares from scrips 12395, and 900 shares from scrips 48196 to 48204.

The recovered shares span multiple scrip categories, with the largest single recovery being 1,600 shares from scrips 53988 to 54003. Other significant recoveries include 1,001 shares from scrips 55915 onward.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the recovered certificates will now be circulated among the members of the exchange, ensuring that they are re-integrated into the market for trading and other financial activities.
