The vacancies arose after the resignation of Mr. Sayeed Imran and Mr. Matiuddin Siddiqui, whose departures were previously communicated in the company’s letters dated August 13 and September 2, 2025. The Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Mohsin Safdar as an Independent Director and Mr. Khurram Aftab to fill these vacancies. These appointments are pending regulatory approvals.
