Pakistan Stock Exchange Announces Key Corporate Decisions Including Audits and Director Elections

Karachi, The Pakistan Stock Exchange disclosed several significant corporate decisions impacting major companies, following the conclusion of their annual general meetings.

FrieslandCampina Engro Pakistan Limited has approved its Annual Audited Financial Statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023. This approval includes the Directors', Auditor's, and Chairman's Review Reports, as well as the Statement of Compliance with Listed Companies (Code of Corporate Governance) Regulations, 2019, and the Auditor's Review Report on the Compliance Statement.

Furthermore, the company announced the appointment of A. F. Ferguson & Co., Chartered Accountants, as its statutory auditors for the year 2024. The decision was ratified until the next annual general meeting, with terms including a remuneration fee plus applicable taxes and expenses as negotiated and recommended by the RFC Corporate office and approved by the CEO.

In addition, FrieslandCampina Engro Pakistan Limited confirmed the election of new directors for a three-year term starting April 26, 2024.
