Karachi: Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) has announced an upgraded suite of corporate services for the fiscal year 2024-25, designed to assist listed companies in enhancing their compliance, investor relations, and corporate governance.

This year, PSX has expanded its corporate services offerings to include a variety of training and development programs that cater to the evolving needs of its listed companies. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the enhanced Suite of Corporate Services is intended to provide a comprehensive solution that aids companies in navigating the complexities of regulatory requirements and investor communications effectively.

The new suite features two distinct packages: the Foundation Package and the Advanced Package. The Foundation Package, available for PKR 175,000 plus tax in its basic form and PKR 240,000 plus tax for the premium option, includes corporate analyst briefings and an investor awareness session. Additionally, it provides an orientation session for the PUCARS interface, crucial for companies to manage their regulatory disclosures accurately.

The Advanced Package, priced at PKR 550,000 plus tax for the basic option and PKR 950,000 plus tax for the premium, offers more extensive services. These include multiple sessions for DTP certifications and PICG-led workshops, which are part of PSX's collaboration with the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance to foster best practices in corporate governance among its listed companies.

These packages are structured to not only meet the regulatory compliance and training needs of the companies but also to provide them with the tools necessary to enhance their engagement with investors and stakeholders. The registration for these packages opened in September 2024 and will continue until October 10, 2024, with the services available until August 2025.
