Karachi: In a recent update announced on September 16, 2024, the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) has introduced changes to the correspondence forms for listed companies, issuers of listed securities, and PUCARS feed subscribers. These changes aim to enhance user experience and ensure clearer information dissemination.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the modifications involve the addition of a new form and the revision of several existing forms in the Correspondence Manual (CM). These adjustments are intended to streamline processes and eliminate redundant forms. Notably, Form 1(d) concerning Board Meetings other than financial results has been newly inserted, while others like the Annual General Meeting notifications and various dividend and shares related forms have seen modifications.
The detailed revisions include the renaming of the form related to the buy-back of shares and the discontinuation of Form 27, which dealt with certificates of interest by relevant persons. These updates will be effective from September 20, 2024, and are documented on the PSX website under the "Resource and Tools" section.
An updated document for the PUCARS feed subscribers was shared on August 31, 2024, ensuring that all concerned parties are informed well in advance about the updates.
