The market witnessed a current turnover of 779,671,060 shares, valued at Rs. 26,138,267,591, marking a substantial increase from the previous figures of 657,580,760 shares and Rs. 20,272,406,421, respectively. In individual stock movements, Kohinoor Spinning, WorldCall Telecom, and Bank of Punjab (B.O.Punjab) showed varied trading patterns. Kohinoor Spinning closed at Rs. 4.00 after fluctuating between Rs. 4.02 and Rs. 4.45, with a volume of 79,242,500 shares. WorldCall Telecom, with a closing price of Rs. 1.52, experienced a high of Rs. 1.64 and a low of Rs. 1.52, turning over 57,449,984 shares. B.O.Punjab closed at Rs. 5.04, having varied between Rs. 5.45 and Rs. 4.98, with a volume of 44,327,667 shares.
