Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited Schedules Board Meeting to Consider Quarterly Financial Results


Islamabad: Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) has announced that its Board of Directors is set to convene a meeting on October 21, 2025, at 11:40 in Islamabad. The primary agenda of this meeting is to review and consider the Quarterly Financial Results for the period ending September 30, 2025, as well as to discuss the potential declaration of any entitlements.



The company has established a Closed Period, in compliance with PSX Regulation 5.6.4, which will be in effect from October 13, 2025, to October 21, 2025. This measure is in place to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and to maintain transparency during the financial review process.
