Islamabad: Pakistan Telecommunication Company Ltd (PTCL) has announced the postponement of its upcoming board meeting, which was initially scheduled for April 13, 2026. The meeting, not concerning financial results, was to take place at 13:30 in Islamabad.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the decision to delay the meeting comes alongside the cancellation of the previously declared closed period. This closed period was originally set from April 03 to April 13, 2026. The company has yet to finalize a new date for the rescheduled meeting.
