Islamabad: Pakistan Telecommunication Company Ltd (PTCL) has announced changes to the schedule for its 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the closure of its Share Transfer Books. Initially set for April 25, 2025, the AGM is now rescheduled to take place on April 30, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. in Islamabad. The Share Transfer Books, initially planned to be closed from April 19 to April 25, 2025, will now remain closed from April 19 to April 30, 2025, inclusive of both dates.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the adjustments have been communicated to ensure stakeholders are informed of the new timelines. The changes in schedule necessitate that TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange be updated accordingly.
