Islamabad: Pakistan Tobacco Company Limited has announced a key change in its leadership team. Ms. Madeeha Arshad Chaudhry has resigned from her position as the Company Secretary effective August 8, 2024. Mr. Sarni Zaman will succeed her, taking over the role on the same day.

Ms. Chaudhry’s decision to step down was made public through a notification sent to the Pakistan Stock Exchange. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company promptly notified TRE Certificate Holders about this change, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
