Karachi, Pakistan Tobacco Company Limited has announced that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on July 26, 2023, in Akora Khattak. The primary agenda of the meeting is to consider and approve the 2nd Quarter Accounts for the period ended June 30, 2023, and declare any entitlements.

In compliance with Clause 5.6.1(d) of the PSX Regulations, Pakistan Tobacco Company Limited has also declared a "Closed Period" from July 19th to July 25th, 2023. During this period, no Director, CEO, or Executive of the company is permitted to engage in any direct or indirect dealings involving the shares of the company.
