Lahore: Panther Tyres Limited has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on Friday, October 4, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. at the company’s head office located at 97-B, Aziz Avenue, Jail Road, Lahore. The meeting will focus on reviewing and approving the company’s audited financial statements for the period ending June 30, 2024.

In compliance with regulatory requirements, the company has declared a "Closed Period" starting from September 27, 2024, to October 4, 2024. During this period, no Director, CEO, or Executive of the company is permitted to trade in the company’s shares in any form.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the Closed Period is a standard practice implemented to prevent insider trading and ensure fair market operations. The meeting is anticipated to finalize and disclose the company’s financial performance for the fiscal year.

The company has requested that the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange be informed accordingly.
