Despite facing a challenging operating environment characterized by elevated energy costs and disruptions in global energy markets, the company reported a significant rise in profit after tax by over 35%, amounting to Rs. 6.59 billion. Earnings per share increased to Rs. 29.03 from Rs. 21.47 in the previous year.

The company achieved a sales volume of 2,444,658 tons, an increase of 372,425 tons from the previous year. The EBITDA margin was recorded at Rs. 13.73 billion, reflecting an increase of Rs. 1.09 billion despite a decline in the percentage of revenue from 37.96% to 35.59%, indicating a moderate move.
A significant development during the year was the change in control of the company, which led to a reconstitution of the Board of Directors on February 20, 2026.
