Karachi, The Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) has issued a notice about the scheduled maintenance of its Karachi Internet Trading System (KiTS). All TREC holders have been advised to conclude their Off Hour Order (OHO) and complete back office synchronization by 07:00 pm today, as the KiTS services will be inaccessible from 07:00 pm to 09:00 pm on Friday, 27th October 2023.
For any IT-related support during this time, TRE Certificate Holders are encouraged to communicate with PSX IT Support Services. They can reach out via email at itss@psx.com.pk. Additionally, contact numbers have been provided for three locations: Karachi (021-111-012345 ext. 5000), Lahore (042-36316921 ext. 5057/5019), and Islamabad (051-2894849).
The notice is signed by Mr. Jawad H. Hashmi, the General Manager and Chief Market Operations Officer, as well as Mr. Syed Adeel Javaid, the General Manager and Chief Information Officer, both of whom request all relevant entities to make a note of this information.
