Islamabad: Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) has announced the completion of its acquisition of Telenor Pakistan (Private) Limited and Orion Towers (Private) Limited, effective December 31, 2025. This disclosure was made in compliance with Rule 5.6.1 of the Rule Book of Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited (PSX) and the Securities Act 2015.

The transaction, which involves the transfer of 100% shareholding of both Telenor Pakistan and Orion Towers to PTCL, marks a significant development in the telecommunications sector.
