Karachi: Quetta Textile Mills Limited (QUET) has addressed its previous non-compliance with certain Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) regulations, following the issuance of a rectification notice. The company had been flagged for failing to hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) and for not transmitting its annual audited financial statements for the year ending June 30, 2025, as per PSX Regulations 5.11.1. (b) and (c).
On January 12, 2026, a follow-up notice was released, indicating that QUET has now complied with the aforementioned regulations. The company announced the scheduling of its AGM on January 05, 2026, and subsequently transmitted the necessary financial statements on January 06, 2026, through the PSX’s Publicly Available Company Record and Announcement Service (PUCRAS).
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), this rectification has resulted in the removal of the non-compliance status against QUET concerning Regulations 5.11.1. (b) and (c) within the Daily Quotations of PSX. However, the company continues to be listed in the “Non-Compliant Segment” due to an outstanding issue related to Regulation 5.11.1.(g).
The PSX regulations stipulate that QUET must rectify this remaining non-compliance to be fully compliant. Until then, the company will remain under scrutiny, and further actions may be taken based on the PSX regulatory framework.
