Karachi: Quice Food Industries Ltd. has undergone a significant leadership change, with Mr. Muhammad Riaz resigning from his roles as Chairman and Director, effective August 9, 2024. Following this departure, Mr. Fakhir Ahmed has been appointed as the new Chairman and Director for the remaining duration of the term originally held by Mr. Riaz.

In light of Mr. Riaz’s resignation, there has also been a reconstitution of the Human Resource & Remuneration Committee. Ms. Saba Irfan has been named the new Chairperson, with Ms. Hina Faiyaz and Mr. Fakhir Ahmed serving as members.
