ISLAMABAD: Redco Textiles Limited has announced that its 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held in Islamabad on October 28, 2024. The meeting is set to discuss several key points including the approval of audited financial statements and the reappointment of auditors.

The AGM will focus on confirming the minutes from the Extraordinary General Meeting that took place on April 4, 2024. Members will also receive, consider, and adopt the annual audited financial statements for the fiscal year that ended on June 30, 2024. These include the Directors’ and Auditors’ reports.

Another significant item on the agenda is the appointment of the company’s auditors for the next fiscal year ending June 30, 2025. The current auditors, Mis Mushtaq & Co. Chartered Accountants, have expressed their eligibility and interest in being reappointed for the new term. In addition, their remuneration will also be decided during the meeting.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the notice for the AGM was issued in compliance with PSX Regulation 5.6.9(b), which mandates prior publication of such meetings. Stakeholders, including TRE Certificate Holders, have been informed accordingly to participate in the upcoming meeting.

The meeting will also allow for the consideration of any other business as permitted by the chair.
