Karachi, Reliance Insurance Company Limited announced that the final cash dividend of Rs. 1.00 per share, equivalent to 10% for the year ended December 31, 2023, has been credited electronically into the designated bank accounts of shareholders on May 13, 2024. This credit was made where valid CNIC and IBAN details are available, according to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).

The company has withheld the dividend for shareholders who have not provided complete bank details, including IBAN, in compliance with Section 242 of the Companies Act 2017. Affected shareholders are advised to contact the Company’s Share Registrar, M/s CandK Management Associates (Pvt) Ltd., at M13, Progressive Plaza, Civil Lines Quarter, Near PIDC, Beaumont Road, Karachi. They should bring a copy of their CNIC and complete bank details, including IBAN, for the release of their entitlement. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
