Karachi: Ms. Sadaf Shabbir has tendered her resignation as Chief Executive Officer of Awwal Modaraba Management Limited, the management company overseeing First Prudential Modaraba. Her departure is in compliance with Clause 5.6.1 (a) (xii) of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Rulebook.

Ms. Shabbir is set to remain in her role until December 20, 2024, fulfilling her responsibilities during the notice period. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), stakeholders and TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange have been notified of this development.
