Karachi: Ghani Global Holdings Limited announced the resignation of its Non-Executive Director, Mr. Muhammad Ashraf Bawany, from the board.

The resignation, which has led to a casual vacancy on the board, was officially communicated to the stakeholders of the Pakistan Stock Exchange.
