Karachi: The Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) has issued a revised trading and settlement schedule for Deliverable Future Contracts (DFC) for November and December 2025, in response to book closure announcements by several companies. This adjustment follows prior notifications, including PSX/N-933, PSX/N-1009, PSX/N-1037, PSX/N-1093, and PSX/N-1103.
On October 30, 2025, market participants were informed that companies such as Askari Bank Limited, Pakistan Petroleum Limited, Oil & Gas Development Company Limited, and The Hub Power Company Limited are subject to these changes. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the revised schedule affects both cum-benefit and ex-benefit trading conditions.
For Askari Bank Limited, the cum-benefit schedule remains open until November 4, 2025, with settlement on November 6, 2025. The ex-benefit trading will commence on October 31, 2025, closing on November 28, 2025, with settlement on December 2, 2025.
Pakistan Petroleum Limited will follow a cum-benefit schedule ending on November 4, 2025, with settlement on November 6, 2025. The ex-benefit trading will run from October 31, 2025, to November 28, 2025, with settlement on December 2, 2025.
The Oil & Gas Development Company Limited also adheres to a similar schedule, closing cum-benefit trading on November 4, 2025, with settlement on November 6, 2025. The ex-benefit trading will operate from October 31, 2025, through November 28, 2025, with settlement on December 2, 2025.
Lastly, The Hub Power Company Limited’s cum-benefit trading concludes on November 4, 2025, with settlement on November 6, 2025. Its ex-benefit trading will begin on October 31, 2025, and close on November 28, 2025, with settlement on December 2, 2025.
The PSX noted that trades occurring in the NOVB, NOVC, DECB, and DECC contracts for these securities will be conducted on an ex-benefit basis. The overlapping periods for these securities is set for three trading days, from October 31, 2025, to November 4, 2025.
The PSX reserves the right to modify these dates if necessary.
