Revised Trading and Settlement Schedule Announced for AGP Limited Following Contract Splits

Karachi: The Pakistan Stock Exchange has announced adjustments to the trading and settlement schedule for deliverable future contracts associated with AGP Limited. The changes, prompted by announced book closure dates, will affect both the September and October 2026 contract series initially outlined in notices PSX/N-779 and PSX/N-956.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the revised schedule for the contracts on a cum-benefit basis will see the September contract, which opened on June 29, 2026, close on August 28, 2026, with settlement on August 31, 2026. Similarly, the October contract, which commenced on August 3, 2026, will also close on August 28, 2026, followed by settlement on August 31, 2026.

For trading without the entitlement of benefits, the September B contract opened on August 25, 2026, and will close on September 25, 2026, with settlement on September 28, 2026. The October B contract, also opening on August 25, 2026, will close on October 30, 2026, with settlement occurring on November 2, 2026.

These changes follow the announcement of book closure dates for AGP Limited, necessitating adjustments to ensure market participants are adequately informed and prepared for the revised trading dynamics. The Pakistan Stock Exchange serves as the designated market for these transactions.
