The acceptance period for this acquisition offer is set from February 19, 2025, to February 25, 2025, and operates during standard business hours from 9 AM to 5 PM. During this period, shareholders of Nimir Resins Limited, excluding the sponsors involved in the Share Purchase Agreement, are encouraged to tender their shares. The process is managed by the designated Manager to the Offer, AKD Securities Limited, located in Karachi.
