Karachi, Rupali Polyester Limited has announced that it will hold its Forty Third (43rd) Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Lahore on 23 October, 2023, according to a notice provided to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSE).

The agenda for the meeting includes ordinary business activities, with the first point being to confirm the minutes of the Forty Second (42nd) Annual General Meeting of the Company, which took place on 21 October 2022. Additionally, stakeholders are set to receive, consider, and adopt the Annual Audited Financial Statements of the Company. These statements, alongside the Directors and Auditors Reports, pertain to the fiscal year that concluded on 30 June 2023.

In preparation for the AGM, the company has declared that its share transfer books will remain closed from 17 October 2023 to 23 October 2023, inclusive. In terms of share transfers, any received before the close of business on 16 October 2023 will be considered in time for purposes of attending and voting at the 43rd AGM.
