Karachi: In a recent transaction, Mr. Osman Saifullah Khan, a Non-Executive Director at Saif Power Limited, executed a significant sale of the company's shares, as disclosed in compliance with the Pakistan Stock Exchange's (PSX) Regulation 5.6.4. The transaction, executed on October 15, 2025, involved the sale of 100,000 shares at a rate of 10.05 each. This move reduced Mr. Khan’s cumulative holdings in the company to 10.87 million shares, representing a 2.81% stake.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the sale by Mr. Khan is categorized as a Big move due to its impact on his cumulative percentage.
