Karachi, Sanghar Sugar Mills Limited has announced that a Board of Directors meeting is scheduled for July 26, 2023, in Karachi. The primary agenda of the meeting is to review the Condensed Interim Financial Statements for the nine-month period ending on June 30, 2023, with a possibility of declaring entitlement.

To comply with Clause 5.6.1 (d) of the PSX Regulations, the Company has also declared a Closed Period from July 19, 2023, to July 26, 2023. During this period, no Directors, CEO, or Executives are permitted to engage in any direct or indirect dealings involving the shares of the Company.
