According to the report, Shahid Abdullah, an Executive Director, acquired a total of 22,571 shares across two transactions. The shares, acquired in physical and CDC form, were transacted at a consistent rate resulting in a cumulative holding of 45,104 shares, representing a 0.18% stake in the company.
Shireen Shahid, the spouse of Shahid Abdullah, and also an Executive Director, executed a merger-in transaction acquiring 52,144 shares. This transaction increased her total shareholding to 73,274 shares, accounting for 0.29% of the company's shares.
Shayan Abdullah, a Non-Executive Director, similarly engaged in dual transactions, acquiring a total of 47,718 shares. Post-transaction, Shayan Abdullah's cumulative shareholding stands at 79,356 shares, or 0.32% of the total shares.
Nadeem Abdullah, another Non-Executive Director, merged-in a total of 38,362 shares, now holding 67,068 shares in total, corresponding to a 0.27% stake.
Noshaba Nadeem, the spouse of Nadeem Abdullah, executed one of the most significant individual transactions, acquiring 102,980 shares. Her total shareholding now amounts to 112,939 shares, marking a 0.45% shareholding in the company.
The transactions also included Amer Abdullah, an Executive Director, who acquired 25,755 shares, bringing his cumulative holdings to 75,427 shares, which represents a 0.30% stake.
