Lahore: Saritow Spinning Mills Limited has approved its annual audited accounts for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024, and appointed a new firm of auditors during a meeting held on November 27, 2024, in Lahore. The shareholders unanimously adopted the financial documents, which include the Director's and Auditor's Reports.

The meeting concluded with the resolution to appoint M/s Rahman Sarfaraz Rahim Iqbal Rafiq and Co., Chartered Accountants based in Lahore, as the company's auditors. They will hold the position until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting. The remuneration for the auditors will be determined by the Chief Executive.
